Nature is an amazing creation. All of it!! Sitting on the stoop, a small, light breeze came up and brushed my face. It caressed me ever so lightly and said ” I AM here – I AM ALWAYS HERE”. I knew (mentally heard) Jehovah was saying “Good morning Pat. Do not fear anything. You are NEVER alone, even when sitting by yourself. The wind, Pat, is just one way I show you my presence. Gentle sometimes to show love and affection. Strong at times, to show you who is in charge or to PAY ATTENTION!!! ” Jehovah caressed my face with his hands this very morning and said “I LOVE YOU!!” Thank you Jehovah God for reaching out to ME and allowing me to see, feel , hear, and believe that you love me as you love all of your creation.
God’s hands reach out to us everyday, in many ways. I pray you take those few moments to feel him touch you. He does it repeatedly – but many of us feel that if we can’t ‘see it’ it doesn’t exist. Trust me, it does. In those moments of surrender and silence, your Father touches you and says “I LOVE YOU”. Be still, be quiet – he is there. You can and WILL hear him if it is peace and belonging you are truly looking for.
